Refusal to give the 5 € discount (happy birthday) if I do not renew my club membership which is however still valid until 12/31. I only see a forced sale there! Come to this store on 8/12 to take advantage of my € 5 birthday card valid until 12/15. I had to call customer service to get the issue sorted out but not a word of apology from the store. Before this mishap, I went twice to this store where I was offered help to tell me that it did not have what I was looking for while I found by myself on their shelves ...
