The prices are correct, as in all stores you still have to watch out. The store is clean and we are well received at the reception.
A recurring problem for me is that prices are frequently missing from the shelves.
The butcher only thinks of selling his meat at all costs, he does not offer a size of steak he sells the largest possible, even when pointed out to him. In short, I am now going to the butcher's shop at Grand frais. Pity
I often come to do my shopping here and I am always satisfied. So far, today, October 8, 2020 at 10:15 am at checkout 20, I was not at all satisfied. The cashier preferred to turn around and chat with her friend / colleague at the Cashier next door rather than answer my questions such as “are there points on my Leclerc card?” And there was € 15. "How many restaurant tickets can I give?" Not at all friendly. I hope my remark will catch your attention.
I like bcp Leclerc for their attractive prices, the many promotions, checkout attendants and everyone who works in the departments (a plus for the fruit / vegetable and butcher's department).
I have been doing my shopping since I was little at Leclerc and I always like to spend time there even though we know that shopping is not the best of our favorite activities 😜

I would like to highlight the quality of the after sales service or complaints following our experience to date.
Yesterday I bought an air conditioner without knowing that my partner had just made the same purchase. We were annoyed by our blunder ... We brought the air conditioner back today explaining our stupidity and surprise, Leclerc Chambry reimbursed us without arguing.
Frankly well done and a big thank you for understanding that the customer can make mistakes.
