When ordering no news or tracking the package. No answer by phone, very hard to contact them by email, and contact person never in a hurry to answer ... (3 days minimum) Order received 2 weeks late. On 8 items ordered, 7 are received erroneously (boxes 9 compartments ordered and received only 6 compartments) and quality that leaves something to be desired ... (this is just my opinion but good ...) 3 weeks between the request and receiving a return label to return the COD package. Reimbursement well received but it was a very tedious experience. Unprofessional salesman. I strongly advise against especially if you are in a hurry (it lasted almost a month and a half concerning me ...)
