Very unpolite

Unfortunately, I can only put 1 star because for me the reception in the trade must be good, which is not the case here. I felt like I disturbed the many times I went or called when I called, during my 15 days at Les Carroz. It’s also a shame that there is no more bread from noon until evening because the baguette is the best in the area. The homemade raspberry jam is very good but could be less sweet.

Magnificent bakery pastry shop. Craftsman with quality know-how. It is a pleasure for the taste buds: special breads, pastries, jams and spreads, chocolates and finally pastries that are as aesthetic as they are tasty! In addition the owners are very nice. It is an unmissable place in Les Carroz to recommend without any hesitation!

Wholemeal bread looks like industrial bread stuffed with salt and water: no taste (apart from salt), no hold and soft texture.
