Simple, quick and efficient. Had my bike ready within 5 minutes after changing it for anothe model. Great range of high end road bikes with good 'mountain gearing' (34/32) at reasonable rates of hire. They also fitted a Garmin mount for me without any fuss. Would definitely use again.

Good communication on initial booking and booking confirmed, booking forms completed with delivery address stated. Failed to respond to my question about payment and delivery to my accommodation the day before the hire was due, bikes were never delivered (full weeks hire) no explanation offered. We luckily got road bikes instead from Velo Speed in Vaison.

We go to the store to have information in order to rent 2 bikes for the ascent of Ventoux 2 days later, the young person who is moreover very nice gives us information but wants us to book via the site telling us that there will be no booking worries, which we hasten to do the same day to teach us that there are no small bikes available (1m57). .not top
