On les sent désireux de bien faire, c'est certain. Le personnel est très gentil et fort arrangeant. Mais – y a toujours un mais – les bûches n'ont quand même rien d'exceptionnel... c'est un peu gras et déséquilibré. Trop de crème chocolat par rapport à l'insère vanille. On aurait bien vu un truc pour pepser tout ça... du croquant peut-être ? On goûtera autre chose pour voir...

Exellent pastries, slightly sweet and rich in taste. Very high quality vienoisseries. Strong point, everything is made on site. Not to mention the chocolates and macaroons ... You have to go there to discover the multitude of things on offer.

Sunday we were asked to spend Monday or Tuesday maximum for an order of log for Christmas, Tuesday morning 10am we are told that it is too late .... thank you for the crash just before Christmas
