Incompetent !!!! I have paid them monthly payments of 200.00 € for 5 years for the reimbursement of a damaged vehicle found without breaking and entering. This small arrangement between lawyers is not the subject of any official documents in my possession. I call them to pay the remainder due in cash, and there .... nobody knows me !!!! But what a bunch of incompetent people !!!! To cash in, they know me, to settle my account, they don't know me! SHAME, lousy service, untrained counselors I do not recommend

My husband went to carry the documents requested by the insurance. The man at the reception was very unpleasant. He took the file without checking it and did not want to answer the questions asked. And since it was 5:15 pm (macif closing at 18h) he told my husband that it was not worth waiting for a counselor because there were already several people in the waiting room and they would soon to close. And now they are asking for the same documents again.

I am at home for several years. But the day I had a water damage "this is part of the clause" no refund. It's disgusting.
