PFG - SERVICES FUNÉRAIRES

I came to this agency on March 2nd to have my sister-in-law cremated. We had an appointment the next day to finalize. They had to call me as soon as my brother's partner was ready because I had other obligations. After an hour late, I phoned this agency (the person who received me was absent for lunch and I was simply asked to go to the store next door.) My sister-in-law was ready but no one had seen fit to inform us 2 mistake: The seller had given us a paper by which the beer setting was at 8:30. Wanting to see her one last time in a bed, we went there before 8 am, unfortunately, the death chamber was empty. The operation had begun an hour before without notifying us. The same day, at the moment of the cremation, we were received by a neglected Master of Ceremonies (shirt not ironed) and who did not want to hear our desires. I strongly advise against this company that is able to sell for £ 3900 but that does not accompany its customers
