It was also agreed that they reimburse me for a pot of paint that I canceled before sending the order but it was two months ago and despite emails and several calls, They still have not reimbursed me !! Unfortunately, I think they will not keep their promise. The delivery time had not been respected either. Flee this company respects neither its customers nor its commitments !!

My April 18 order was never delivered and the € 248 was never refunded. Unable to reach the store for 15 days. Before, I had a certain Clara 3 times who told me that she would call me back. Something she never did. there is always an answering message that says all advisers are busy and call later. I see that negative opinions have accumulated since April and I wonder if this company has not gone bankrupt. Even the zolpan store near Valence, where we usually buy our paint, tried to reach them for us and was not successful. Beware before placing an order and verify that the business still exists.
