I love. He manages to repair all appliances with a smile and humor. To approve TERMOMIX, they restored a household robot of this brand from 1972 to me, but also an electric depilatory from 1980 and a vacuum cleaner. Thanks again to them

Unpleasant, incompetent, disrespectful staff. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Why? We entrusted our robot vacuum cleaner for the first time because it no longer worked. After a month of waiting and numerous follow-up calls, we finally got it back, it had been cleaned and was working fine. After 1 year, our robot broke down again. Despite our first dissatisfaction, we decided to give this company a second chance and entrusted them with our robot again. We insisted at the beginning to know the deadlines (15 days) and explained the problem encountered. After 15 days, we called to know the result, device not looked at, thank you for calling back in a week, thing done where we were told the same thing. Again a week later (total of one month), we called again and were told that the device was working fine, and there was nothing they could do if they didn't know about the failure. A month to pretend to have looked at the problem, not to have looked, to charge us 25 € for the "custody" of the device (because we cannot say that they did much more). Because surprise, after recovering the device and testing it, it does not work !!!
