I came to solve a mounting problem on my wood stove. The part was found in less than 5 min and solved my problem that had existed for months, that other store had not solved. This allowed me to discover the store with a really nice exhibition room. I advise it and will probably be the place of a future purchase.

Bad business, bad job, no longer answering phones when there are problems to avoid

I found the Flamdéco company a bit by chance on the internet, I was frankly not disappointed. A quality service is within a time that I find correct. If you therefore need their services, I recommend them.

After the purchase of Pellet stove the heat has risen to a temperature of 25 degrees while the probe displays 16 degrees, after multiple calls to the store the unfriendly person tells us that it is completely normal and that they are overwhelmed and that their movement was not possible, and with the purchase of the stove a promo told us that we had a pallet of pellets offered except that we had a half pallet and we were never delivered the rest I do not recommend this disappointed store
