HSBC Paris Maubert

I wasn't expecting much with all low reviews, but I am a HSBC client from Canada and just arrived to France and want to open my account. They were quick, easy, and spoke excellent English. No problem at all.The other branches I asked refused to open my account unless I had an income.

meeting at 9am on saturday morning. bank still closed at 9:20. no sign on the door no message to the hsbc customer service.

This is the worst agency that I have ever been to. I used to be their client. The way they work is not efficiency and not helpful at all.

✈️ Enough, I'm off barre Really ultra low cost customer service for ultra "high cost" rates. You are billed for the slightest service (even if you are premium), and customer service representatives do not add value. service has really deteriorated .. HSBC is really to be avoided ... It is an ethically and morally reprehensible institution (agent laundering, fossil fuels, active assistance in tax evasion, and so on ..) and this agency shines with its presumptuousness vis towards its customers. Bye Bye 🚀 Ps: don't make the mistake of coming 😉
