I confirm the previous comments. Pitiful service, haughty and not very understanding staff. No help for customers. In addition, they sometimes give incorrect and misleading information. If you want serious service, go to Miromesnil instead. The staff are much more competent.

A person with a rather unpleasant reception, who dares to call me a liar (when I tell her the condescending remarks she had to me that very morning) and laugh at me, in front of everyone and out loud. She then hurried to tell her colleague out loud that I was a liar by taunting me through the plexiglass always in everyone's ears. Impossible to send a complaint email since no complaints service. .. an obvious lack of customer service skills regarding this disrespectful person. We don't talk to anyone like she did.
