After calling on their services, a salesperson came to estimate my vehicle. My car has been inspected in all its aspects (which is completely normal), however this one does not care about the invoices carried out. They just look for the negative points, and all the positive aspects (new parts etc.) have no value. They are only looking to take your car down to give you a low price, by making you understand that your vehicle is "a garbage can". In the end I refused their offer, for a more expensive offer of 50 € but above all for the friendliness of the salesperson of a competing company who took the time to look at everything. (40 min of expertise VS 5 min) Even if their bid had been higher than the other, I would not have chosen them because they do not inspire confidence! In short, low-end negotiation techniques worthy of carpet dealers!

This weekend I made an appointment for one of their sales representatives to come and estimate the amount of my car. This morning, a buyer called me to tell me that he was coming to buy my car this afternoon. Not wanting to move their commercial for nothing, I call them to cancel the appointment 2 hours before. Suffice to say that we are received differently when it comes to canceling! No telephone reception (the person answers allo as if it were a private individual) I got yelled at because I cancel I have to justify the time when I received the buyer's phone call I was entitled to "a threat" before the criminal in case there was a problem with my short car So I did not do business with them, but what is sure that it will not happen. I highly recommend them.
