On the other hand there is no competent person when it comes to a problem with the machines ... Especially the microfiche reader machines ... (uscanplus) it is unbearable not to give a quality of images and pages ... It is unbearable very very slow processing of the readings ... It is unbearable to never be able to print in a good way ... In addition printing the files is in two stages ... First send to reader on computer after send to printer ... Frankly, is it so difficult to find a good quality machine? So difficult to make a system with less worry? I transfer the file ... my photocopy / print card is debited ... while there is no printed output .... the credit is reduced but I do not have my pages printed !!! Neither cujas nor company personnel (I don't know who ... sodeco can be) helps you ... And it becomes a big scam !! You know very well to charge and charge for what we have not printed but you are not there when we ask for reimbursement or printed pages !!! Oyez be a little serious and find a good company with a good system ... It is about our student life ... You do not care maybe! And another scam with the new photocopy / print system with the credits purchased. Before 1 credit was 1 paper / photocopy etc. 1 page was 9 cm. Now you buy 500 credits, said to be 5 euros. And you don't have 500 papers, not even 100 photocopy or print papers ... You only have 40 ... Imagine? You never facilitate the student affair .. It is a hidden scam ... Change your system or at least your manager ....

Painful working conditions, scandalous management, extreme lack of seriousness. Shame.
