Do not trust the machines or the personnel. While I tried to buy tickets at the machine and the tickets didn't come out, I decided to buy them back. I was removed 2 times. Having noticed it, I asked the counter if they could reimburse me. They told me that the reimbursement would be done automatically after 48 hours. It never happened. Worse than that, they charged me 20 € more instead of paying me back. 30 € stolen by RATP. Thank you.

Clean, but no more ... We are waiting for the metro Grand Paris and the end of the work to have a more modern and functional train station!
