1) Pretend he can't recognize scabies on cats = my cat has been in pain for months and months. The vet just prescribed an expensive ear wash. Yet another vet, right next door, gave us a remedy directly and in three weeks our cat was cured. 2) Made us pay hundreds of dollars to cure our cat. Result instead of putting him to sleep and then performing the euthanasia as it was noted on the papers, he directly performed the euthanasia in front of our eyes without saying it. Just despicable! 3) Added a vaccine to our kitten without telling us what it was: we learned that it was not necessary to do so. In conclusion, this firm is just despicable and only seeks to steal clients' money at the expense of animal health.

From reception to support, including care, everything is professional and benevolent. My cat, who is rather temperamental, always feels calm there. Thank you to the whole team for monitoring Aatchoum for years!
