We brought our little bora urgently because of a vet who had no empathy and who could not detect her acute renal failure ... unfortunately our little bora died but the clinic vet was kind incredible and tried everything to save her. She was able to leave peacefully. Thank you . However the price is still quite expensive.

Very satisfied with this clinic, it's been 2 years since my cooky has been treated here, all the Vets are very kind, patient and attentive, Dr Sergent, Dr Seroka and in particular Dr Laroy who is kind and helpful. rarely seen patience to explain things to us, and also very reassuring. He was able to take care of my little dog each time, as it was necessary for a gastro or while going through an operation, I thank him for that. I really recommend this clinic.

Do not buy your kibble at this clinic! I bought a bag of kibble at 3:11 pm today (09/14). I was wrong, I took light croquettes instead of the normal ones (only a small colored band differs between the two sachets, one is lilac and the other fuchsia, there is not much difference in packaging ). Realizing my mistake, I went back to exchange the unopened bag of course at 4 p.m. I was refused the exchange for no reason: "it's not possible" and I understood during the exchange between the assistant and the veterinarian that a gentleman would not be happy if she proceeded to the exchange . Faced with my dissatisfaction, I was offered to possibly come back on Thursday to see the gentleman and ask for the exchange without being sure of being able to obtain it. I need the kibble, I can't wait 3 days. So I immediately go to another vet to get the right kibble this time. It is shameful and not very legal it seems to me ...
