Laetitia Duque is one of the best vets I have met. She has a wonderful affinity with animals combined with extensive knowledge and a practical approach. She is adored by my 2 Jack Russells and has saved many of the 9 lives that my cat has been blessed with :) Her english is excellent and she takes the time to explain the treatment.

Very unhelpful and impatient whilst I struggled in reasonable French to make a pre-UK return appointment. Asked for a phone number which I agreed to call back with, when I did she abruptly told me to call back tomorrow and put the phone down. I'd rather she didn't deal with my Pet!

Great little clinic, the vets are very attentive and answered all our questions with kindness and benevolence. We were greeted twice urgently for our cat's urinary problems, I recommend their professionalism and responsiveness!

I have known this clinic for 5 years now I went there for a cat and for a dog They are really very very good Gentle with animals and we can feel the experience The explanations are clear and precise We do not feel any greed or diagnoses oriented only to incur expenses on the contrary Consultations are free of cost and their regulations could even be adapted when very important What can happen during necessary or even vital acts for our animal They even referred me once to the Brigitte Bardot association to help me finance a very expensive operation that helped me settle Thanks to them for their love of animals and their skills !!!! Thank you for our animals and thank you for us who are in confidence while our little animals can be very evil Good continuation
