I called Jeannin on June 15, 2020 morning for an appointment, because I had a fairly serious problem on my Tiguan. The workshop manager being there, I am asked for my contact details to call me back. In the afternoon, no one called me, I call back. I am told that the person is still very busy, but that my call has been noted, as well as my contact details and that I am called back anyway. It is July 04, 2020, no one from Jeannin's has called me so far. No problem, they just lost a loyal customer and the concession located in Roissy has just won one. The appointment with this concession was immediate.

Home impeccable workshop. Vehicle support very well. Restitution with super bill explanation! However a flat, for a bill of 841.88 Mrs. Richard's polo is dirty! Too bad, it breaks the good impression of the beginning!
