I set foot in this garage twice, the first time a young salesman asked me what I was looking for, I replied that I was looking for a vehicle for a young person in the 6000 €, this one to laugh while answering me that I was not in the good garage with this budget! The 2nd visit, I had a budget of around 20/25000 € for me, going around the garage twice, nobody asked me if I needed any information or others !!! So without hurting this garage, I think it should be more customer-oriented. cordially

Hello, I just changed my mind because the garage came back to us for the problems we encountered with our vehicle purchased in May. They have found a solution for the fire and we are awaiting a return for the pot. I would like to thank the manager who was able to recontact us and listen to us. I keep my fingers crossed for the rest with them and BMW regarding the catalyst pot.
