we bring a car with a left rear door which no longer opens from the inside because of simultaneous pressure on the inside and outside handles. it is recovered with the door which no longer opens at all, neither on one side nor on the other ... so we bring the car with a problem and we get it back with an unresolved and even more serious problem. It is explained to us that it is not complicated and that the trim can be removed, that it will break some clips; but you have to go to Ford Vitry sur Seine (55kms and a good hour's drive to go) because there is no bodywork service in Meaux. it is an independent mechanic who will do the repair, but it still costs us a complete lock, supplied exclusively by Ford; not possible to change only the cable which has failed. in short, we would have liked a little more service and more listening. now we know where not to go. Too bad, we have been quite satisfied with Ford Meaux since 2018. this review will be copied to Google.
