Horrible service, no one available, relatively simple administrative request unanswered for more than 4 months, always bogus excuses. Despite their advertisements, they are far from being present for the client. Not at all satisfied.

Customer service does not live up to the promise of proximity, speed and competence ... a check has been debited from my current account when it is not mine. I have been asking for 4 months to receive a copy of the check. My advisor tells me to wait. I asked the agency director, of whom I have no news. Over 4 months and I am still in disarray ... I put 1 star because obligated but it is worth zero .... in any case to date ... :(

Excellent agency, always well received and informed! The staff is friendly, fast and efficient! What more can you say: They deserve their 5 stars!

We have Ms. Lefranc as counselor. She is a very professional lady who anticipates our needs and is very easily reachable. I am very happy with this agency.

When the branch is closed, there is always access until 10 p.m. but you must always anticipate to make a deposit: pen and envelope, because there is never anything available. There is always plenty of paper on the floor, adding a basket would be more pleasant.
