Hôtel Campanile Marne La Vallée - Torcy

Friday morning breakfast women, the only one there with glasses was very rude. So was the receptionist name Cherfira, she refused to give the breakfast staff ldadies name. Told her it's unprofessional so as I was taking her name she took it off and started shouting at me. I will be taking this to head office as this is bang out of order the kids was scared and so was other customer including myself. This is not the first the breakfast team have been rude to customers its all over the reviews. Night safe was amazing and so was Friday night security hats of to you guys.

First day of arrival, bar man was rude. Great start!! Check in is NOT 3pm, it's much later so be prepared to wait. Bar food not available as displayed. Breakfast wasn't great, ate out of hotel. Room was clean, and well kept. Would not recommend

Hotel value for money is good. The hotel is located quite close to the train station which is easy if you want to go to Disneyland as we did. Breakfast staff was rude.

Great value for money and location. You can easily go to centre of Paris by nearly train. Rooms have enough space, quite big bathroom. They only need to change WiFi names and passwords, because present formula doesn't work.

Very nice hotel with great and helpful staff. A few small issues with the bath that allowed the water to run outside onto the floor. Rooms are nice and there are many things around to do. Also very close to Bay 2 shopping centre.
