No respect for the customer the person who takes care of the packages is absent between each customer without worrying about the customers who are in line

I find it unacceptable I received a message saying that the postman had come on Saturday and that I was not answered EXCEPT that I was there ALL day I find it scandalous because it is not the first time that this happens if your postal workers do not want to do their jobs they change jobs for my part I work and I have difficulties leaving so it would be good if you fire your employees and give them a little update on their respective jobs

I do not understand that no one is doing ANYTHING to improve this position whether in the machines or the other "machines" of the reception, you have a score of 1'5 and despite everything the staff is the same ... There is no humanity in this position but as they know that we cannot do without it yet, they do nothing. It is pitiful !!! 2 parcels left in the letterbox, no one comes to pick them up, they have to go and drop them off in this agency ...

And again if I could I will not put a star !!!!!!!! Confined since March 17 and on this date no more parcel delivery while you are with us !!!!! You take the risk of going to the post office to collect your parcel, but the post office is closed and only the main post office is open for cash withdrawals only. You call the telephone service to find out the details during this difficult period: answer: we will keep your package for one month after confinement. You go to the post office after confinement and the answer there: "since April your parcel has left !!!!" A shame!!!! Deplorable service !!!!!! No clear message, no correct information, nothing!
