Welcoming, and attentive salespeople, all went well for us! I am satisfied with my KIA! if all goes well during the next 3 years, I will probably start on a new model. Thank you Mr. Freitas!

It will be almost a year since we almost died on the highway after an overhaul in this garage (the vehicle's original garage). The expert's report (expert source) indicates a fault during the review. This was returned in November 2019. And since then, there has been no radio silence.

New customer in this dealership, I just did a LOA on a KiaStonic. Everything went very well, the two salespeople were welcoming and did their job well ... see you at the end of the Loa in 4 years :)

They think they are the navel of the world, barely take the time to answer you by email or "file not accepted".

Garage to flee, the reception is limited and the deadlines outside the norm. My vehicle to drop off on January 15 for an auto gearbox failure, fortunately taken under warranty, was still not returned to me on May 15. Ok the 2 months of confinement are there but when we close a business for 2 months, we warn its customers, especially when we keep the customer's car !!! I quickly go through the dozens of calls to get information, promises of reminders never kept, promised dates not met. In short, it has been 4 months since I last used my new vehicle, which has only 70,000 km. I now hope to have it to go on vacation.
