I bought a new car in December 2019. I go to my key collection appointment and I am told that the car is not ready. The reason, the seller came back from vacation and did not take notice of my appointment. He therefore did not send the car to his workshop to prepare it and could not do so during the day. Today first revision. I go to the garage and I am told that the workshop is closed because the chef is ill. No one told me because the appointment was never recorded by computer even though it had been confirmed to me over the phone. Just to say that once the car is sold and the check is cashed, the management of appointments and customer reception is just nonexistent and deplorable.

The workshop manager is super nice. Finally an intelligent person who takes the time to consider each client as something other than a traveling wallet. Thank you .

Following our visit to this concession, I was immediately greeted by Mr Dubosq who was very professional and knew how to inform us and guide us on our future purchase. The general environment does not lend itself to it, but the friendliness of the seller and the interaction with his colleagues makes the atmosphere warmer. I highly recommend.
