Hello, I have just made purchases at the TOTO store in Corbeil-Essonnes. Regarding the staff, the latter is attentive and not stingy with advice. The only thing that is regrettable is that the saleswomen do not have the possibility to sell fabrics by 50 cm. It is really very damaging, not only for the customers but also for the recipe of this store. The management of this brand must not realize the number of sales missed. Currently it obliges, it forces the hands of customers to buy by the meter. This is called pushing consumption while with other competitors buying by the half-meter is possible and at no extra cost. I therefore ask that this forced sale no longer be. customers will be satisfied with it, and we could purchase more fabric. for example: I had to buy 1 meter of upholstery when I needed 0.50 cm, luckily the saleswoman pointed out to me that on the latter there was a 30% discount. Top store A lot of choice at very affordable prices and good quality. The staff are very friendly. I find it a shame that the store is not open on Sundays.
