We are new to France and Nelly and the team at Atlas Automobiles have been extremely helpful with the purchase of our new car. Purchasing a new car here in France is a very different process and We had reservations at first and didn't want to leave a deposit for our car until we could visit their showroom and make sure that the car was actually available and nothing was lost in translation. We don't speak French yet and Nelly was very patient with us, very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got the information we required and that we understood everything. They arranged the carte grise for us as we purchased a brand new car and all other paperwork. We could not be happier with our car, the service from Atlas and when we need a new car, we will be returning to Atlas Automobiles. Atlas service and pricing was so good we travelled twice on the TGV from Nice to Paris to handle our transaction and it was totally worth it. Thank you Nelly for your help, we really appreciate it and we absolutely love our new Renault Traffic.
