A very short time ago, I brought my vehicle to the Noisiel Brie des Nations bodywork service, after having had a serious collision on the road. During the recovery of my car I noticed multitudes of faulty repairs, which I hastened to report to the bodywork manager Mr BROIS, who minimized the faults but who despite everything without request from us offered us as a commercial gesture. to take us back a few scratches, telling us that he was having problems with one of their technician. For the second time we came to collect our vehicle when we noticed that the resumption of work was proving disastrous. What, this gentleman takes us down by telling us that we were picky and that anyway we were never content and that is why he went back on his word not to make the proposed commercial gesture. We therefore contacted his superior who understood that it was inadmissible to speak to clients in this way, he therefore agreed that he would check the work himself, including the commercial gesture. We still had to wait four more days to get our vehicle back in good condition. Having been a customer of this center for years, we found it regrettable to be treated in this way. Hoping that this kind of mishap doesn't happen again in the future.
