A warm welcome in a beautiful setting, everything is made on the spot of the milling of the wheat for sale in passing by the kneading and cooking. The bread is baked in a wood oven that can be seen from the shop. And it is delicious: campaign, complete, half-full, with seeds, rye, raisins, spelled ... and even without gluten! For those who do not appreciate the taste of sourdough that traditional bread, try the bread and brioche, which are simply delicious!
