Could you please stop with your drones ? I had one above my head for 5 minutes now, I’m trying to relax by the pool. That’s creepy and I’m sure you have enough staff and bikes to do its job. Your resort is amazing otherwise. Love

I think the site is too big and it does not have the facilities to deal with the numbers. The outdoor swimming pool is far too small and could do with a clean, there was slippery green algae on much of the walk ways and seating areas. There is a massive indoor pool but that’s not much use for a summer holiday resort! The shower blocks are modern however these could do with more regular cleaning. Most days a guy with a hose just rinsed the floor using no form of detergent, subsequently they smelled. As the dish washing facilities were at the entrance of the blocks there was a lot of broken glass on the floor, not ideal in this area, due to kids in bare feet etc... The overall campsite layout is poorly thought out, the main entrance and all the facilities are in the same location, therefore lots of cars, cyclists and pedestrians in the same space. This is worsened by the speed most people drive at, especially campsite staff! I am surprised there are not more incidents. This There are plenty of activities and things to do, the majority of these are run by young seasonal staff who where helpful and friendly, albeit the staff at the stables were extremely rude and unprofessional. In fact the whole pony ride experience was pretty woeful, with a poor brief, no clear instructions and some pretty feisty animals, this was worsened by the fact that there was no support from the staff. There is an 11pm noise curfew, this was never really enforced. In fact if anything it was the campsite that breached this, such as the very noisy Cabaret until after midnight and the fireworks every week? As it was dark by 9, I don’t see why this couldn’t all happen a little earlier, then the younger children could also enjoy it. We were happy with the places to eat, 2 great meals at the clubhouse, great food and staff (thanks to Rudy), also enjoyed the creperie, the pizza Resturant and the amazing ice cream shop. The on-site spar was also fine. While this sounds like a fairly damning review, we did have a good holiday but I would expect far more from a 5star campsite.

Plenty to keep the kids occupied. The extra activities can add up fast and you need to book in advance
