You absolutely have to replace your staff !!! Saleswoman who takes herself for Madame Parfaite who is actually as disagreeable as possible, and who closes her till just in front of a line of 10 people to leave only one till open and held by a young man who seemed to be starting out. Instead of training him with pedagogy, she also treated him like an incapable person, and reprimanded him in front of the clientele: the upper class ... In the end, I spent nearly an hour in the store, including 40 minutes in the checkout line !!! I will not come back (except to exchange the blouse bought with a button torn off ...).

Their new collection is magnificent I fell in love with a top that we put in value at the entrance of the store. I find it just a shame and not very professional that there is a queue of 10 people when I was able to see other salesman on the shelf who could have helped for the small surplus in cases. The saleswoman at the cash desk asked me for my loyalty card and that's good.
