The bank is closed at the time when schedule says it'd be open. Saturday morning - there is nobody there. Opening hours during the week are till 17.45 - and since I'm not working in Chalon, finishing at 17 and then driving back to the city - it is impossible to access my bank. Nobody answers the phone, automatic lady says every line is occuppied. I'm really disappointed.

I put a star because I cannot put zero! When we ask for a valid email to contact them we end up with emails that do not work! We tried to call them at least 6 times in the past 2 weeks! Not a single answer! Even the other banks have answered us so it is clearly not due to the containment! I strongly advise against! They are absolutely not reactive and do not listen either! I change as soon as possible! We sent a first mail to change contact details and recover the identifiers, no response! I sent back a second one, hoping that this time they react like a BANK and not scammers! Frankly if you can't keep a bank just don't create one! A hassle not possible since the beginning of the year because you don't know how to do your job! Several times when requesting provision by telephone, people have forgotten or omitted to request the number of the identity card! In fact anyone could come to you with our first and last name and you would give them our money ?! Pitiful!
