the service suma offers is disastrous, they offer me a time to just check the car for an estimate in one month's time, they need a whole day, and do not offer a replacement car, nor an alternative date where the car does not need to be there the whole day. I will certainly never come back and stay away from the volkswagen group with such bad service.

We had a mechanical problem but being on the way back from our vacation we called our Volkswagen dealership to find out what to do and they advised us to go to a nearest Volkswagen dealership and that he could help us, arrive at your dealership a customer loader tells us that it is not possible but we our engine light and the Adblu light on moreover we are afraid that the engine will break our we ask to make a diagnosis with the suitcase and we are answered no then we are told that they are going to watch the Adblu so my husband and go with the vehicle in the garage the worker did not even know how to use the machine he spilled full Adblu in the trunk without cleaning it and it is when we unloaded the suitcases that I noticed that the carpet and all white filled with crystals hoping that the body of my vehicle will not be damaged this week I have to go to my Vo dealership lkswagen he will tell me the steps to follow.
