Broken down on the express road on Saturday, the repairman tells us that if we leave our vehicle he will not be able to look at it immediately for around a week of waiting, we decide to leave it anyway except for this little wait we were very well received whether from the receptionist or from the workshop manager. Without forgetting of course the convenience store. Thanks to them. Franck.

On September 14th, I called Renault Thivolle for a quote that I received the same day but unfortunately incorrect. So I called back on Tuesday 15 and there I was told that a person will call me back on Wednesday 16 I am still waiting for his call. On Thursday 17 I therefore called back and there I had a man who unfortunately did not have the time for me it was agreed he had to call me back during the day at the time of his choice I am still waiting. On Friday 18 I have such a Norauto and in 10 minutes my order for 4 wheels mounted with Michelin snow tires sold I get my order on Saturday 26 September Thank you to the Thivolle garage for making me waste my week on the phone and waiting for me I will remember ....
