Love the fabric but the staff are not always helpful

Catastrophic this store! Accounts receivable not created. Staff not at all welcoming and very variable service. Many times the items are paid in addition or not given at the time of checkout. I do not recommend this store at all despite the items on offer.

I like this store less and less. The manager walks around the store with a cup of coffee in one hand and a pack of cigarettes with the other. When you call him to be served, he tells you that he is busy, asks his cashier to come and cut the fabric. The store employs young saleswomen for the holidays who have no skills in fabric cutting or composition

I unfortunately agree with many unfavorable opinions .... the cantankerous saleswoman is finally gone .... but there is a total disorganization in this store! you patiently wait for your turn, almost "glued" to a saleswoman whom you follow wherever she goes ... then you learn that there is a waiting list on her tablet! and how do we register? total mystery! I waited patiently for my turn and “my” saleswoman decided to cash in her client, the salesperson at the checkout having left his place to serve .... and .... there obviously the queue at the cash register fills up and here I am again waiting for x collections! she therefore asks the seller to serve me and of course his unfriendly response: "yes, I'm coming! "... when ?? after how many clients waiting on a mystery list ?? in short .... I left ... amazing!

Before the transformation of the store, I preferred the arrangement of the items on sale. This provision is a bit "messy". Curtains a little bit in every corner ... In addition, very little choice. Surprising....
