Finding itself without heating and winter approaching, only Instant stove was able to provide us with a quality stove quickly (unlike the competitor where there were long weeks of waiting). The store is just beautiful. We were advised and followed by Teddy, very attentive and professional (very patient with my husband 😂). Very disappointed with this company. Very expensive price. Not at all responsive. Not at all professional, it has only just opened. More than a week to get a quote In addition I landed there because I thought of going to another company which moved a little further. So I still wanted to compare. I bought a stove from this company. The stove does not work No after sales service On the other hand, very nice store with beautiful stoves The installation was very well done by the employee Loïc. Very friendly person. But now I don't know how to operate the stove properly. Very noisy stove. And no one to answer the phone. Pity' Good luck anyway to this company which starts its activity I wish them lots of good things Thank you
