Rude staff. I went for a defective item purchased 2 days earlier but obviously I was bothering. Finally after a good while of waiting (I was not the only one to wait), an employee arrived questioning my claims and openly accusing me of having damaged the item. Very unfriendly, insulting limit, he ended up exchanging the article while grumbling. Store to be banned for its staff damage.
