Avoid this surgery at all cost. At an appointment this morning MY ongoing problems was discussed with this person breaking all patient confidentiality. Dr Walton is rude, self centered and judgemental without knowing the full details of MY situation. This person went there for fear of having what her mother had, MS, with weakness to her limbs and was told to get a part time job. RUDE. I am starting an official complaint against this poor excuse of a doctor and neither of us will be returning to this so called poor excuse of a man and doctor. Patient Confidentiality is a serious offence and Doctor Walton found it funny..... Sorry Walton, because he ain't no doctor.
I have never had a problem with getting an appointment within a day or two. The prescription service with the local pharmacy’s is excellent
A good practice
No care or compassion. Receptionists are useless, they can't even get a repeat prescription right after over a year of the same thing. Never get an appointment, receptionists are very snobby and think they're doctors. doctors giving out wrong prescriptions is common at this surgery. Would choose another surgery but I won't be accepted anywhere else due to postcode.
Receptionists are terrible and very slow. Stood for 20 minutes while waiting to be checked for my appointment as I am new and couldn't use the touchscreen check in and when finally got to the front of the que, told I had missed my appointment because I was late, I was early but had to wait for them to check in. Also there is ZERO parking!! Good luck finding a space on the street!
