Absolutely disgusting service today, my 11 week old kitten was in our washing machine, we rang this branch and the receptionist told us they were fully booked. No care at all that my little boy could die. Disgraceful, will not be bringing any of my animals back here as they, at the reception, do not care about animals.
I wasn't looking to make an appointment, it was an EMERGENCY. He could die.
I ask and explained about a 10 week old kitten and the lady said that what she give me would be fine but I say the kitten was full of fleas and eggs and worms and she gave me frontline no it's no good he could have been given the other stuff now he has to wait 4 weeks properly with no fur on him to get the right stuff so thanks for that I told you he was poorly and you just made it worse I've gone through him with a nit comb and will have to for 4 weeks your just about money nothing else if he ends up with no fur after this I will take this further I did say to make appointment but she said this was ok for him if he dies It will be on your head can't believe this and please don't give me about covid 19 we are on about a little kitten for god sake
vets very friendly and helpful... reception staff also helpful and cheerful.
