I got there at 5:28 today to post a couple of urgent registered letters and they were very helpful, they stayed with me until 5:35pm which they did not have to do by any way shape or form. Great Service!
Awful, go to another town if you need to just don’t go here, staff rude with faces like tripe. Unhelpful. Go to lunch at the busiest times. I queued for 45 mins
The worst ... since the main post office closed Camberley has been totally short changed by this “new” service - never enough staff - today I saw the queue almost out of the door of the WH Smith as one member of post office staff was left to deal with all the customers. They also have lost my parcel force parcel - I’m appalled at how bad this place is
Self service isn’t self service as staff have to come and put their details in to proceed and you have to stand there like a lemon waiting for them as they aren’t actively looking to help you just trying to avoid you
Does anyone read these reviews??.. This place and its staff are shocking.. So bad at their jobs - with no exception unfortunately in my experiences here. Disinterested in anyone waiting, needing assistance, queuing or whilst being spoken to. Forget training / retraining... Just close it. I'd rather walk my postal items to its destination than use this service again...
