Also still waiting for a phone call from 2 days ago from the branch to find an alternate solution so thank you for wasting my time and money and for the excellent serivce!!! Needless to say there is a reason why you rank in the country as one of the worst banks in terms of customer service! I would like to make a complaint to the branch as a result, i tried going back today but the branch in camberley was closed at 13h51 despite the google listing stating otherwise.

I came 1 minute before the closing time and they don’t let me deposit cash I would give this 0 stars 🤦🏽‍♂️

Fantastic customer service from Sam on Tuesday. Provided very useful advice and information. Felt like I was really being listened to and I had all my questions answered.
