Absolutely no social distancing measures in place in this petrol station. Not one single employee monitoring the amount of footfall coming into the shop. Customers were leaning across others to purchase or select items for purchase. Overpriced fuel too.

Waiting 10 mins for a coffee n bacon bap. 2 ladies just chatting getting all the orders wrong making wait longer.. coffee tastes watery n couldn’t wait any longer for bacon bap.. one lady coughing all over food.. you shouldn’t handle food when ill.. poor working attitude and extremely poor hygiene.. won’t be going back.. wasted £4

My word, some of the customer service at the BP Mytchett is dreadful! I have never seen such poor customer service! The women serving me was a white very large lady. Been there for the last several years, it’s always been poor there.
