Reviews
I call them to check my monthly prescription is ready. They never answer the phone. I go there and ask, they say it is not ready and come back again later, I call again, no answer, travel 3 miles back down there, still not ready. ANSWER THE PHONE!
They never seem to pick up the phone not happy need my prescription and not able to get there so need to check if it's ready for someone to collect it
Web site needs an update regarding new opening times, had to go back a second time, closes for lunch and didn’t realise this whilst joining the general queue outside (since the Covid guidelines).
Without doubt the slowest pharmacy you are ever likely to encounter !
