Absolutely shocking company. Avoid! Cannot keep to times they’ve agreed to. Damage your things. Cannot communicate properly. Promise refunds and then don’t pay up. We paid them almost a grand and had the worst experience. The initial move into storage was ok apart from the fact they turned up late so we were late handing our keys back over. We stored our things with them for a week. The onward move was a joke. They said they’d be at the new house at 9:30, got there at 12:00. The lads who came told me the main guy had just not turned up that’s why they were late. We had two Luton vans worth of stuff, they brought one and at 16:00 that day I had a text to say they couldn’t bring the rest... Refused to answer my calls but would text straight back. I was told to be reasonable when I said I wanted my stuff delivered that night. I was also told It was a reasonable price, like I should accept the poor service?? It cost a grand! I had to take more time off work unpaid because of it. Whilst unpacking then we found damage to items. Since then we’ve found we have stuff missing. Promised £60 refund for the time delay and the damages and they never paid it and now they refuse to answer my texts. Avoid like the plague!

This company scams elderly and vulnerable people John visited my mothers home, booked the job in and took £195 deposit via Bank transfer (we know this is wrong but my mother didn’t) The reason this was done is because John TEXT Sunday afternoon to cancel the 9am following day move. Over a month later John has ignored all correspondence from myself / mother I messaged to advise of small claims / trading standards / and HMRC and within 5 mins I had a reply promising the return of this £195 deposit - this has not been done. Avoid at all costs
