We were looking for a new fish and tank. There was a lovely choice, but not large, however we had some great advice when it came to getting the right type of tank. Didn't get the fish straight away ss we were told to let it settle for a few days then go back and introduce the fish we wanted gradually. Great experience.... Looking forward to fish shopping😁

Bought 2 Russian dwarfs hamsters today the staff were very helpful in advising me of how to care and for our new pets even helped me set up a loyalty card of which I saved 10% on my purchases

Expensive, but not much choice to go anywhere else, so you kinda have to go here. I suppose the selection of items is good. So that's a plus.

They are really good here with animals, It seems quite reasonably priced too. The vet really seems to care about animals and explains things thoroughly.
