Lovely old property right in the middle of the countryside but very little parking spaces. Suggest visiting English Heritage website before visiting.

Completed a circular walk from Ightham Mote to Old Soar Manor. Unfortunately, this was one of the places that the National Trust have been unable to keep open during & immeidately post lockdown. It looks fascinating from the outside and look forward to it opening at some point. Found a great pub on the walking route though - The Kentish Rifleman, 16th Century Inn. Definitely worth a visit

Great little hidden gem. Really enjoyed the history and context provided in the displays.

I loved that we were the only visitors and we were free to explore. Informative boards gave interesting Medieval background and a local context.
