A nice experience but needs a few improvements.

Cons:
During a showing of Tenet it was felt that we were almost expecting to order food/ drinks. Upon entering the screen (we were the first people to arrive) we were told to wave if we wanted to order anything. 10 minutes passes and we’re still the only people sitting down and a member of staff came over, sat down and rather forwardly asked what we were ordering, when we said we weren’t sure she continued to sit next to us, ordering device in hand and proceeded to wait, quite awkwardly.
We gave in to peer pressure and ordered a drink and cookie dough. Do not, I repeat, do not order the cookie dough. One mouthful will suck any moisture in your face clean out of it and it has little to no taste to it.
Overall:
A nice experience that could of felt much more relaxed had we been left to order if we wanted to, rather than feeling like we had to.

Such a great way to watch a movie. Comfy seating and very friendly staff. Has an oppulent golden age of cinema kinda feel. You will not be disappointed.
Fantastic cinema experience in terms of atmosphere, legroom and food and drink service.
Just a shame they aren’t on the ‘Eat Out to Help Out’ scheme. Opportunity missed. The ‘sofas’ are also far from comfortable so for these two reasons I can’t give 5 stars.
