I visited the Cairn Lodge Shell services tonight and unfortunately my car broke down. I've never been in this situation before and found it very upsetting. My car broke down on the blind corner at the rear of the shell garage, I was having trouble sorting out my break down assistance but the Young ladies working today (Jennifer & Emerald) helped by placing cones at the rear of my car to save any further disasters. I'm afraid I was a blubbering mess (apologies again) but they both helped me with everything, even charging my phone at the charge points. The care and attention they gave me was truly wonderful. I want to thank them once again.I hope that they both get some recognition and reward for their customer services. Thank you Jennifer and Emerald keep up the great work you're doing x I'm sure I'll be back again x
